Action Sashless Window
This award winning product has been successfully installed in a number of major projects, the biggest being the Olivier Newton John Wellness Centre at the Austin Hospital Heidelberg Melbourne.
This motorized window was fitted on this project and connected to a CBus electrical system that allows the windows to automatically open to suit air conditioning requirements.
Other applications for Action sashless windows are on windows over a desk area where access to the window is difficult, or in stairwell voids.
- Motorised sashless double hung or single slide window
- 230 – 240 V 50 Hz motor is concealed below head of main frame
- 2 frameless glass panels, of which 1 or 2 are operable
- Accepts glass thicknesses from 6mm – 18mm IGUS
- Allows integration with automated mechanical climate control systems for passive ventilation and/or building management systems
- Optional inclusion of rain sensor for automated closure of window during rainy periods
- Maximum weight 35kg
- Multiple windows can be operated together or individually. Each sash has an individual motor
- Provision for screens
- Adaptable to suit most commercial framing systems
- Adaptable to suit flat timber framing systems
- Opens at approximately 25 seconds per metre
- Suitable for Australian climate, working at temperatures from 4 – 50 degrees celcius
