Bal 40 Sashless Window
AustView can manufacture single and double glazed sashless windows that meet the Bal 40 requirements. Available in:
- 2 panel double hung
- 2 panel single slide
- 2, 3 and 4 panel horizontal
- 2 panels of glass of which 1 or 2 are operable
- Double hung system accepts 6mm, 8mm and 10mm toughened glass or 18mm insulated glass unit
- Horizontal system accepts 6mm and 10mm toughened glass or 18mm insulated glass unit
- Includes BAL40 fire rated seals and BAL40 fire rated draft seal at glass overlap
- Includes stainless steel BAL40 chord to pulley and stainless steel ball bearing rollers to horizontal sliding system
- Available in vertically sliding and horizontally sliding
- Designed to suit BAL40 rated screens
- Adaptable to suit most commercial framing systems
- Double hung single glazed system adaptable to suit door frames 40mm
- Double hung double glazed system adaptable to suit door frames 58mm
- Lockable in closed and partially open position by a keyed or pin lock
- Aluminium lift rail to double glazed system
