Project Description
Stand-Up Cafe lives up to its name, occupying just 10 square metres – a little hole-in-the-wall at the bottom end of the Melbourne CBD, near Flinders and King Streets. Owner Dan Chrystal keeps things simple and sticks to the essentials, both when it comes to the coffee menu, and the minimalistic look of the shop-front, with a two-panel sashless window.
